The 4th edition theme is Women Pioneers – From Resilience to Innovation.

The day is structured in 2 movements:
the morning founders lab for practical workshops
the evening conversation & cocktail for inspiration and more networking opportunities.
Discover more about the format
In the morning, we host a sector-agnostic cohort of women founders for focused workshops and curated 1:1 meetings with investors.
The best part? It’s all free.
The first 2 editions in 2025 and 2026 gathered close to 70 founders and reflected the diversity of today’s entrepreneurial landscape — across backgrounds, sectors, and funding journeys.
16% VC-funded
40% pre-seed
44% bootstrapped
We welcome founders at all stages, provided the project is credible and ambitious. Diverse profiles and perspectives are strongly encouraged.
A special thank you to HEC Entrepreneurship Institute for hosting us in Central London.
Later that day, 100 guests are invited to join us for an evening conversation which convenes leaders across exploration, science, industry, entrepreneurship, and culture.
The day concludes with a cocktail reception at the residence of the French ambassador in London.
This year’s theme, Women Pioneers, celebrates those who have opened paths where none existed and who continue to push boundaries across science, industry, entrepreneurship, and culture.
From resilience forged in extreme environments to innovations that reshape entire sectors, these women do not simply adapt to change — they create it.
The format remains curated and senior, prioritising depth of exchange over visibility.
